MAC week 3: Leadership 3 HUB

You are an amazing teacher.  You are an educator who has been called to teach these students here and now.  If you didn't have any experience, you would not be stuck doing what you have always done or follow rules simply because at one time those rules made sense.  You can use your experience to adapt your teaching to help your students to become a success.

To establish your teaching focus point use a current evaluation of the millennial people you are teaching.  If you see that social constructs means that children should have the summer off to help at the farm, then you must do that.  If you see that the social constructs are that students and teachers must know how to use interactive electronic technologies to be successful, then you must do that.  That is what the action research is about, knowing what the social constructs of success are and then teaching those achievement tools in an effective brain based learning method.
